Asparagus Stems
or as much as you would like
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F (176°C) Place a cooling rack inside of a sheet pan.
Chop or snap off ends of asparagus and place them on a rack.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Toss to ensure fully coated.
