Rinse potatoes and place them on a sheet of aluminum foil (enough to wrap around the potato fully). Drizzle olive oil and salt to cover all sides of the potato and wrap up the potato in foil. Place directly on the oven rack for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how big your potatoes are. Remove foil and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
