What: Reminiscent chat about our travel the Austin over themed sips and food

Where: At home (during coronavirus stay-at-home orders)
Why: We have never taken the time to do something with our travel memories, photos, videos, so what better time to start than during our stay-at-
home orders during the coronavirus pandemic. Plus, we are craving travel, and this is our sweet escape for now.
Drinks: Beer – Eagle Tears and Butchers Brewing Old Sow (Couldn’t find Texas beer)
Food: BBQ Ribs
BBQ Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Racks St. Louis Style Ribs (Costco has them in a pack of 3)
- ½ Cup Stubbs Rub Spice
- 1 Cup Stubbs BBQ Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Texas Pete’s Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Heat Traeger to 250°F (121°C) Find ours HERE.
- Rinse and remove membrane or silverskin from the back of the ribs. Season both sides of the ribs generously with rub spice.
- Place ribs in Traeger for 3 hours, we use Alexa to set our timer, find an updated version of ours HERE.
- Mix BBQ sauce and hot sauce together.
- Remove ribs from Traeger to coat both sides of ribs with sauce and then put back into Traeger and turn temperature up to 350°F (177°C) for 30 minutes.
